QUESTION
I fell on a City sidewalk due to faulty installation of concrete. Is there someone that can fight for me?

More details to this question:
I was walking to a Metro Cell Phone location at dusk when I tripped over a 3" corner of concrete sidewalk that should have been shaved down. I have a witness. I broke my Collar bone on the Left side.

Hi Sandra,
Our office has handled a number of these cases. Assuming that the sidewalk is owned by a public entity (city, county, etc.) the timeline to file a claim is expedited so it would be wise to proceed quickly. I am happy to discuss with you, but in any event if not me you should reach out to a lawyer in the short term to make sure you protect your claim.
