I got hit in the head at Walmart with some can goods.

More details to this question:
Was at the checkout putting my grocery on the converter belt bent down to get other items under Neath and the cashier pushed the button for groceries to start back moving and some can goods fell off and hit me in the head.

While there may be negligence on the part of the Walmart employee, the issue is one of the damages you suffered. I would encourage you to gather your medical bills together and if you missed work, then you would also have lost wages. If you have long term brain injury that is a whole different issue.
