I got into an accident with an 18 wheeler

I was driving on a freeway road with ice I lost control of my vehicle as I gained control back an 18 wheeler hit me and completely totaled the back side of my car. I did not go seek medical help at the moment I had major whiplash . It's being two days since my accident  I'm experiencing major body pain all over. The officer at scene concurred that it was nobody's fault due to the weather . What can I do since my insurance does not cover any personal injury.
