I HAD A SLIP AND FALL WHAT TO DO

What should i do in this situation i slipped on some water in save a lot and i contacted the main branch and they told me when i get my surgery and finish physical therapy to contact them and they will handle it. I contacted them asking them where do i send my medical bills and he told me that they have no knowledge of me falling. They dont know that i have pictures of me on the floor in the water and i also have pictures of the manager mopping the water up. I left them a message telling them to look at the camera and it shows i fell at they location and he never responded back since then. What should i do in this situation
