QUESTION

I have a very old default judgment

Asked on Feb 13th, 2015 on Automobile Accidents - Florida
More details to this question:
I recently found out about this judgment and it is now 15 years old, from what information I have gathered and can see there was not a re-issuance on the judgment, but it is still in a case file and I found out as well because of this my licence in the State of Fl was suspended, I was relocated at the time of judgment to another State and never had an issue with my DL, what can I do to take care of this?

If its a live judgment, you will most likely have to pay it, file bankruptcy or work outsome deal with the judgment creditor for a clearance letter with DMV.
