We went for vacation in Panama for a week where it was covered with black mold. Pictures, ceilings, pillows, beds all had it. 2 of my guest have severe mold allergies and broke out with swollen stinging face. I got rashes, blisters from exposure. Condo owner refusing to give refund as she’s just been painting over it. I asked for $1350 back as that’s the least she could do for what we went thru and missing work due to being sick. Is it worth me hiring a lawyer to fight her?
