I was hit by a car walking last October 13.

More details to this question:
I was walking home and a car went to get off his exit I looked before I passed it. Next thing I know I was on the ground and my boots were off my feet and my socks were hanging off. Now before you make that turn you can see if anything the another car anything. It wasnt dark the sun was coming up. Now my foot is always swollen and hurts. I dont know if I have a case.
