QUESTION

I was hit by car so what are my options?

Asked on Mar 23rd, 2016 on Automobile Accidents - New Jersey
More details to this question:
While walking into work I was hit by a car in which another employee was driving. I have no fractures and negative results on MRI scan but Im having lots of pain in several area. The job is covering all the test and fees under workers comp and are sending me to physical therapy. The driver left the scene and the hospital doesn't seem to be helping in finding out who the employee was. The police were called and this occurred this past Monday and as of now there still hasn't been an investigation to the accident nor a report generated. What do you all think are my options?

If the accident only happened on Monday - you might want to give the police more time to do the investigation.  If your employer is covering all of the tests and medical treatment, then at this point you do not have damages.  It may be premature to think about legal options.
