The direction he was coming from had 3 yield sighns . I was hit when moving from a two lane area onto 130 South. A police report was made and his insurance company will not pay..They told me that there car had no yields,i provided them with pictures and they are still are taking no fault for accident..I am done with dealing with them and there facts from the beging that were never correct

If you were injured there are many lawyers, including me, who would be willing to help you. We are in Cherry Hill. If you were not injured, then you will have to fight the insurance company on your own, or hire a lawyer on an hourly basis to fight them. It is usually not worth spending the money for a lawyer. You can go to the police department and file a corrected police report if they have it wrong. You can also file your own traffic ticket against the other driver. You have 30 days to do this, so you need to do ASAP
