QUESTION

I was in a small accident that sprained my already bad neck.

Asked on Dec 12th, 2018 on Automobile Accidents - Florida
More details to this question:
My ears have been ringing so loud ever since. I went to the ER 2 days later (because it was packed that day) and I was tired and shaky. I need to see another doctor about it. The ER said I had a sprained neck. The insurance company of the woman that hit me called and wanted me to send them the doctor information and told me that they were going to make me an offer but I'm still going to doctors and don't know how long it will take to heal. What should I do now?

You cannot possibly consider any settlement offer 2 days into an injury case - its simply foolish. You need to retain a lawyer to address this immediately and have them advise you what to do.
