I was in an accident with another car while crossing a two lane road at a intersection 5 way intersection. the car hit me just in front of the drive

drivers door while i was crossing the secound lane two ladies in the back of the other car have filed law suit s and one has settled. the problem being is the drivers father was called to the scene and he filed as being the driver, stating he was in the right lane instead for coming trough the yeild sine in the left lane l, there was a stop sign priot to the yeild sign also, the ocupants claimed I broadsided them instead of them hitting me. there are other defects in the case, but my insurance company settled once and now wants me to drive 3 and a half hours to meet for pre depasition asking me questions about employment and devorce , even though the first woman reported her name at the accident as one name and sued as another, so we have the wrong driver. the wrong i.d. , the wrong lane. the wrong who hit who which my insurance lawyer says is not revilent, i am stressed and lost.
