More details to this question:
The driver of the other vehicle was under the influence of alcohol and rear ended my vehicle, cause a little over 2000 dollars worth of damage and causing injury to my neck. After I had been released by the doctors after my injury my lawyer informed me that the insurance company was only willing to negotiate a settle of only 2500. I was informed elsewhere that any not at fault accident was an automatic 25000 personal injury protection. Was just wanting to know if I am getting scammed by my lawyer. He never returns phone calls I advised him I would settle because I am tired of the un professionalism on his behalf he advised me he would call me back in a couple of days and it has been almost three weeks and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. What should I do?

What are your medical expenses? Multiply your medical expenses by 1.7 and that will give you a good idea of the value of your case. Because you are signed up with a lawyer, you are basically screwed since if I or any lawyer were to take the case, lawyer #1 would claim the fee.
