i was let go after i was released from worker's comp to go back to work

More details to this question:
hurt my back working at gwg on equipment removing tires and did not know that it was heavy and then i pulled upward and felt a pop in my lower back so i told the boss and he didnt care he sent me to the next job to do bigger tire work without sending me to doctor like he should have done so a cuple of days later i could not come in cause my back hurt so i took myseif to er to be seen . told my job hr lady if she could give me pappre work to go to there doctor and she said not giving me the paper cause ty should have sent you to doctor and he didnot so she did not give it to me just alot of finger pointing going on there no one want to take responsablity there
