I’d like to know if I have a Wrongful Termination case, here.

More details to this question:
Case Description I worked for AYR Wellness in Gainesville for 6 years, 7 months. As of late, I was put on a PIP which felt incorrect as to why I was put on it in the first place. I had been working toward improvement on this and everything seemed fine. The situation specifically that ‘led to termination,’ was I allegedly violated HIPAA. When I was an employee, I was part of the Emergency Response Team that helped aid in any situation that may arise. Being injured employee, medical situations, or anything natural event that came to the job. There was a recent time where an employee was injured. Now, me being on the ERT, I was privy to gaining information as it pertained to my duties. There was a situation where I had known about a certain situation with an employee getting injured and someone had asked how I knew since I wasn’t at work that day. I commented that I was friends with who handles the situations, which is the head of the ERT, who in an aspect was my boss on that team. Which

NO way to tell from a one-sided internet blurb. You will likely need to retain a lawyer to review the specific details, including the allegations of the employer or complainant. That said, that "someone asked how you knew" about some medical event with an employee, suggests that you  were discussing what may have been protected information with someone else.
