QUESTION

If I got shot twice while working, can I sue?

Asked on Oct 25th, 2016 on Personal Injury - Michigan
More details to this question:
Basically, I got shot while I was working. I got shot on my thigh and leg. I was hospitalized but the doctor said I'm better off leaving the bullets in my leg. I can barely walk anymore and I'm very paranoid now after the incident. Am I able to sue? Would I sue the owner or his store insurance?
