More details to this question:
A woman picked up my sister and her friends around 1am, they were antoxicated and had gotten in a accident. 4 kids, her son was the driver. She took them to her house, took their phones, had the car towed, and held them at her house for four hours while some of them in urgent need of medical attention. My sister with two broken hips, broken collarbone and possible internal bleeding due to a possible tear in a artery next to her heart. My sister was able to send a message to my mother stating she was in a accident before the mother of the driver took their phones. My mom looked last night along with other parents for hours, before addy was finally taken to the hospital and life flighted to osu. It almost sounds like a kidnapping to me.

There are too many unknown facts in this scenario.  If you feel something illegal occurred you can try to contact law enforcement.  Otherwise, this is too complex for this forum.  I suggest finding an attorney in your area for a formal consultation. Best of luck.
