More details to this question:
I went to an arcade today to have fun with friends. My boyfriend and I shared a game of basketball together. As we played I threw the ball and the ball bounced off the wall and went over the plastic barrier and hit me directly in my left eye. my vision is currently impaired and I’m concerned of being able to work now.

Unfortunately, this falls into the assumption of risk category along with self inflicted/comparative negligence issues. Absent some catastrophic injury, like blindness or substantial surgical intervention, that financially justifies pursuit of a claim, you wont ind many lawyers willing to pursue such a case on a contingent fee and payment of an hourly rate/retainer might be cost prohibitive.
