insurance responsibility

More details to this question:
wife wrecked car,no personal injuries,car listed totaled,accident wifes fault,insurance offer book value of car only,amount less than i owe finance company,should i receive more? have ambulance fee,emergency room with ct scans and x-ray fees,rental car fees.they are saying there were no personal injuries,so they wont pay medical or rental fees.book value of the car, and they get the car.they say the cost to repair the car is more than the value of it.can i force them to fix or replace my car.what options do i have? thank you

You may have medical payments coverage on your insurance policy - you should ask your insurer about that, as it could provide some coverage for the medical bills you incurred.  Also, I don't know the SC-specific laws regarding the valuation of the car, but typically you are entitled to the fair market value of the car and nothing else.  Good luck going forward.
