My husband was unloading junk in a neighbor's yard. He resells this as a means of income. He has several dogs in his yard. one of the dogs bit my husband's hand severely, causing such injury that he may in the end need a skin graft. The owner has a beware of dogs sign but was there receiving the junk as this occured.
