I was hurt on the job doing a project lifting and moving of tables and chairs (not light or small in any way). I did this task as a request from my direct supervisor to pick a room with worst looking floor, being honest about it, i picked the worst floor. The first day i worked alone, i assume my boss wasn't aware of what room i had chosen, no big deal. The second day i requested an employee at the beginning of the day to come help me when they finished with their work (i am the assistant crew leader) the employee agreed to help but was later redirected by my boss to help someone else. I didn't receive help until it was the end of the night and time to wind down. On the third night i was in the middle of the project again, started on my own, again... Then another employee walks by to start a project in the room right next to me and he was sent with help yet i am doing a much bigger room for 3 days.
