Asked on Jul 06th, 2021 on Personal Injury - Texas
More details to this question:
On June 26 late afternoon me and my buddy Eric where headed to the dollar general I decided to stop first and get something to eat at the local subway here in Hawkins Texas. As I’m walking out of the store I see smoke coming from my vehicle I run of there which there was still time to put said fire out . My buddy yells go ask the employees for a fire extinguisher 🧯 As I run in there and ask them for an extinguisher 🧯 the lady argued with and said that she’s couldn’t the time arguing with me and telling me no was crucial and is the reason I lost my car it’s all on video of course and because of them instead of doing the right thing with no compassion an regard of there customer who just purchased food at the establishment I had to watch my car burn. Are they reliable in any way or do I have a case because it just feels that I do it’s made my life more hard especially with just having liability insurance on the vehicle.

Subway would not be liable for not helping you put out a fire on your vehicle. Under the law, you can see a stranger literally dying and you do not have to lift a finger to help.
