The value in a personal injury claim is the permanent nature of injury. If you child has no permanent injury than there is not much value in pursuing a claim against Walgreen's for their negligence. Seek some legal guidance from a personal injury attorney with all the information. You want to put Walgreen's on notice of the claim as soon as possible so that they can be instructed to preserve any video of the scene.
