Is there a lawsuit here, I found staples twice?

More details to this question:
I had take out - delivered tomato soup from a chain restaurant in NYC. I wiped my face with a provided napkin and ripped my lip open from a staple used to hold the napkins together. I had soup again today and found a staple in the soup after I chewed it and now I have a pain in my tooth. Are the people at this place staple crazy? Is there a law suit here?
