Is there any way to fight it without a Declarations page?

More details to this question:
I had to vehicle that were the same but 10 year difference - I had liability on one full coverage on the newer one was persuaded to do paperless billing & when the newer one got wrecked they tried to tell me it only had liability - I have no way to prove it because my proof of insurance only says I’m insured - but not the coverage - Does this happen?

Yes, insurance companies make mistakes. You should contact an attorney that is experienced in insurance matters.

No, you should have been sent a declaration page showing all coverages and the charges for each type of coverage. There would be a big difference in premiums between just liability and full coverage. Demand to be shown a copy of the Dec. page. If you told your insurance agent you wanted full coverage, they are negligent for not providing it. ?But if you have nothing in writing, it becomes a he said/she said situation in which a judge would try to see if there was other information favoring one side.
