On 10/14/17 I Purchased crutches from Walmart and pieces from the handles came off while I was using them and I Fell off the crutches causing pain to my back and right ribs, took the crutches back to Walmart on 10/15/17 to explain what happened and tell them the crutches were not safe. On 10/17/17 I was verbally abused and physically attacked by a Walmart manager and I had a seizure the following morning on 10/18/2017 and I Fell hit my head on coffee table bled from my head and foamed out my mouth. In the ER the doctor found that I had a swollen liver and blood in my urine. I had liver and kidney injuries that was not there until I fell of the crutches on 10/14/2017. I have a gap in my jaw and I am still in pain but I have been so scared to get treatment because of how I was treated by Walmart.

Sorry - but this will get chalked up to an "Ezell" scam claim by Walmart absent you having credible evidence the crutches broke on thier own and directly causing the injuries you describe. Ezell is character from the movie Friday referecing a slip and fall scam he runs for drug money in a mini-mart. You obviously need to get the medical care you need to your conditions regardless, absent some solid evidence of Walmart's legal liability, such a case won't get very far. You need to start with gathering up all of your medical records for the past 5 years and from the incident described so any personal injury lawyer can review them directly.
