I paid my FTA. There were four of them, two were no insurance FTA now it shows up on my driving record that I have to pay more fees and that they suspended me for another year because of my second insurance violation. I just canโt afford for another year without it. I was stupid and didnโt care then. I have a baby now and really trying to do right by him.
Don't understand your question. What is an FTA and who are you trying to do right by and what has that got to do with your license suspension. You must have insurance at all times. If you don't and you cause damage DMV gets involved. Makes no difference what your emotional level of development or childbearing situation is.
You can petition to get your license back faster. You should hire a lawyer who specializes in dealing with the DMV and traffic violations. I know a good one.
