QUESTION

Is this a case that is worth pursuing?

Asked on Dec 11th, 2017 on Automobile Accidents - Florida
More details to this question:
My vehicle broke down a few weeks ago all the lights lit up. Had a tow company take it to dealership. They advised me that the radiator cracked and coolant got into the engine and the engine is destroyed. I contacted my Extended warranty company who sent out a 3rd party adjuster who made the determination that I was at fault and would not replace the engine. They say that I did not service my vehicle to prevent this from happening. I have taken my vehicle to get oil changes every couple of months because I drive my vehicle alot and they have never mentioned anything about any leakage in the liquids that they top off. Also my car never had a check engine light on to warn me of any issues.

No way to tell from an internet blurb. They are likely raising an abuse or improper maintenance defense and you will have to prove otherwise with a mechanic expert, likely in a lawsuit. Depending on the vlaue of the car, you need to retain a lawyer to address this, especially if a law suit is needed.
