Is Worker's Compensation all I can get for a work related injury?

More details to this question:
I received a back injury while on the job. Is this the only remedy that I can get from my employer workers' compensation or is there anything else that I can do?

If someone other than your employer or co-employee was at fault for the accident, you can bring a third-party claim.

You can't sue your employer, but if there is some other party who is liable, you can go after them. Common examples include machine manufacturers, janitorial companies and repair services. You don't say how you were injured.
