QUESTION

looking for attonery that will handle an issue at semoniole Hard Rock

Asked on Feb 17th, 2016 on Personal Injury - Florida
More details to this question:
I was at the Semoniole Hard Rock Casino and was hit by a door because of an employee. I got an attonery but they won't take the case because of it being on the Semoniole grounds. The insurance denied my attonerys demand and they don't want to take the case. I can not afford the medical bills this is going to cost me and I wasn't at fault only out with my husband having some fun playing some slots. How can they deny when there employee was at fault for letting this happen.

Because the Seminole Indian Tribe who owns the casino is considered a sovereign such as the state of Florida - certain limitations on your recoverable damages apply.  You should contact a law firm that will pursue your claim beyond the demand stage.
