QUESTION

Massage Sexual Assault

Asked on Jul 27th, 2021 on Personal Injury - Ohio
More details to this question:
I was touched inappropriately during a massage. There were cameras in the room but they said that they weren’t working. I called the police right after I left the building and filed a report. It has been 3 months now and the lady who owns the business is claiming that she doesn’t know the employee’s name who did that to me. This is making the process take forever and I feel like I’m reliving this situation everyday knowing that he is still on the street. Is there anything legally I can do since the lady won’t give up the information?

The police and/or prosecutor are likely continuing with the investigation.  You don't need to do anything for that.  Civilly, you can retain an attorney and have the records subpoenaed from the business.
