In your case they will look specifically at what caused the boxes to fall, and if they have any way to deny liability. If they do not, they will work with you if your injuries are minor. If your injuries are more severe, Walmart will generally try to avoid working with you and force you to seek a lawyer. Depending on your injuries and how the boxes fell, you may be able to handle the claim on your own, if Walmart does not work with you, then you would need an attorney. In either instance, take photos of your injuries, seek medical care, and follow your doctors orders.
