QUESTION

Medical miconduct/assault

Asked on Oct 18th, 2017 on Personal Injury - Tennessee
More details to this question:
I was assaulted by a chiropractor who broke my neck throwing a disk against my spinal cord almost severing it and laid in bed 10 months after the first surgeon botched the surgery and would not touch me again. My neck was still not fused. I developed a bladder disease and several other pain cervical conditions and arthritis around the cage the first surgeon operated on with the wrong plate in the wrong place. A second surgery was done by another doctor who said it was a mess and the plate busted. He handed it to me and my family but refused to testify against the first doctor. My neck was not x-rayed and I was born with 3 congenital fusions. Been in pain management ever since those 15 years for cervical and spinal pain, bladder disease, auto immune issues and daily pain and suffering
