car stopped at sign and then went though he never saw the motor cycle in the intersection motor cycle did not have a stop sign , car driver is insured now what happens . motor cycle driver has a brocken pelvis spine injury had injury lots of medical bill ,

If you are the car driver you need to inform your insurance company of the accident. They will provide you with a defense attorney assuming you had insurance coverage in place. If you are the motorcyclist you need to consult a board-certified civil trial lawyer once you are well enough to discuss this case.
