motor vehicle accident

Asked on Feb 20th, 2013 on Automobile Accidents - New Jersey
More details to this question:
vehicle 1 was driving south on garfield. vehicle 2(me) was driving east on claremont. vehicle 2 attemted to head on garfield(left turn from claremont) when vehicle 1 hit vehicle 2. vehicle 1 had front side damage vehicle 2 had driver side(left side) DAMAGE. Vehicle 1 was issed a summons for drivng with an expired d.L.

If the only summons you were issued was for the expired driver's license, then no moving violations were issued to you.  Were any issued to the other driver?  You can get a copy of the accident report from the local police that issued the summons, and it will tell you what other summonses were issued to the other driver.  Did you suffer any injuries?  Are you insured?  PLease let me know if there is any other information I could provide.
