My child was riding a bicycle with a teacher and a few other students during a school day when he got into a bike accident his hand went into the tires spokes and it severed the tip of one finger and severely injured another finger. which then required surgery. would I have a law suit against school for any factors such as negligence and/or pain and suffering?

Yes and you should call an attorney right away because there are very short deadlines when filing against a clover meant agency
