MY DAUGHTER WHO WAS WITH ME FOR 22YEARS IS UP IN OHIO VISITING HER FATHERS FAMILY, HER DAD IS DECEASED, I WAS A GOOD MOM AND DID NOT DRINK OR GO OUT

I WAS THREATENED THAT I WOULD GO TO JAIL IF I CAME BACK TO TRY TO SEE HER AND SHE IS SHY AND EASY TO MANIPULATE, SHE WAS IN FSU AND HAD SOME ANXIETY, THEY ARE TELLING HER THAT SHE IS STUPID TO GO TO SCHOOL AND IS SCREWED UP, HER FATHER IS AN ALCOHOLIC AND DIED FROM CANCER AND SMOKING, THEY ARE MAKING FUN OF HER WHEN SHE USES A MORE INTELLIGENT VOCABULARY, I HAVE SPENT A FORTUNE ON HER, IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GET A PAPER TO PROTECT ME WHEN I GO UP TO SEE HER, SHE WANT TO BE A LAWYER AND I KNOW SHE IS SHY AND MANIPULATED BY THEM I HAVE SEVERAL TEXT MESSAGES TO ME SAYING I MISS YOU MOM, I KNOW THEY ARE INTIMIDATING HER , THEY ARE PROJECTING WHAT THEIR SON WAS ON TO ME, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HER TO DISCUSS WHAT SHE REALLY WANTS

To be candid this sounds like there is more a need for psychologist than a lawyer here. You speak of a grown woman in college, who presumably is legally competent, as if she is a 6 yr old child being manipulated by the promise of new Barbie doll to think ill of her mommie. This sounds more like an issue bewteen YOU and the father's familiy than between HER and them, or one between YOu and HER than have nothing to do with the fathers familiy. There is no legal paper to "protect you" in such circumstances. If you want to know what your daughter really wants....and you seem to have a cell phone and are in communication with her, then start with simply asking her.
