Okay so it was a regular day of work and I got hurt with a pallet it fell on my toe nail and it turn black probably is going to fall off what can I do

It sounds like you may have a worker's compensation case. you should get in touch with a lawyer that does worker's comp. There is a lawyer at my firm who is very good at that and I can put you in touch with him if you call my office.
