My food had what look like to be mold on the meat on my sandwhich..I was about to bite the sandwhich because something said look in ya sandwhich and I saw it under my tomato laying on my meat it was a clump of it I broke it to see if it was wet oregano or mixed wit the pepper but that can't be it cause it looks blueish green when you crumble it so that's how I know its not spices...took it back they tried to argue said don't come back in the store after I tried to show them and them denying that's what it was they also tried to shake pepper and oregano together and said that's what it was which I kno oregano and pepper is not a blueish greenish color I also have pictures and my reciept
Your damages are limited to the amount you paid for the sandwich. You did not eat it, so you were not physically damaged in any way. The restaurant should have either given you a new sandwich or reimbursed you. If it is a chain restaurant, I would write directly to the national headquarters and by-pass the local store. Good luck.
