my small claims case was dismissed

More details to this question:
I was the plaintiff in the case and it was dismissed after I missed the court date,but it did not say what kind of dismissal. How do I set it aside and refile the case thanks.

If the dismissal happened very recently, file a motion with the court explaining why you missed the court date and ask that the case be reopened and a new trial date be issued. If it has been a while since the case was dismissed, You will need to review the court file to determine what type of dismissal was entered by the judge. If without prejudice, than re-file the lawsuit. Good luck with this matter.
