Asked on Apr 18th, 2016 on Personal Injury - New Jersey
More details to this question:
My son was standing while being evaluated, the trainer turned around and my son passed out smashing his head against the cement wall and floor. We are day 6 and his condition has not improved. We have been to urgent care and have seen a specialist. At what point do we seek professional expertise in personal law?

You should probably speak to a lawyer now - and be given instruction on the Statute of Limitations issue (meaning the tming when you have to bring your claim).  This is critical in being able to bring a lawsuit, and much different when dealing with injuries sustained by children.
