More details to this question:
My son sustained a spinal injury during a wrestling practice at his school. An illegal move was made (pile drive) on him that sent him head first to the floor. He lost movement of his arms and legs for the moment and then regained movement. He spent the night in the hospital and has not been the same since. He has not been back to school since Dec 19, 2012 Is the school Liable?

Liability is going to depend on many things.  Did the coach caution the wrestlers about this move?  Did the wrestler who did it ever do it before?  Were the mats set up properly, was your son given proper instruction, etc.  The school has a duty to make sure that all of the proper saftey instructions and devices were in place, and if they breached that duty, there could be liability.  I woul dbe happy to discuss this with you further.
