QUESTION

Need an Attorney for College Admission Scandal

Asked on Apr 19th, 2019 on Personal Injury - California
More details to this question:
My daughter applied USC, UCLA in 2018. UCLA denied her application, USC accepted her for Spring 2019. We end up paying much higher tuition for studying in USC. The planned college degree will not be as valuable as compared to every effort she did because there is a back door for non-qualified applicant.

There is already a class action pending that has been filed in the Northern District of California federal court by other, similarly situated parents. You can read about it here.  You may choose to join the class or "opt out" and file an individual lawsuit, but there are strict procedures that must be followed. Typically, you should not opt out unless you are planning to file an individual lawsuit. Let me know if I can be of any other assistance.
