I had reported a piece of equipment to need repaired multiple times in the past months and was told to keep using ...it struck me leading me to a doctors visit er visit bed rest and being out of work still waiting for an appointment with specialist what can I do this is whole process is painful in all aspects

if this accident occurred on the job on these facts you are limited to a workers compensation claim only. You cannot sue the employer for negligence.
