neighbor falsely accusing me of wrong doing's.

More details to this question:
There are multiple allocution's of me committing crimes to them, or their property. They have spread these rumors around to everyone they talk to. I have been told about what they are saying about me. It has affected me emotionally to the point of such mental anguish, and such anxiety that I need meds.
