Noninfective Gastroenteritis Colitis

I went too a local Captain D's and purchased a BIG fish combo. As I drove home I began eating some of my food, fries from meal. When I got home I began to eat part of sandwich when shockingly I realized that I had an entire latex glove hidden under the fries. I immediately called the store and complained... I also expressed too them I have a latex allergy. Too make a long story short I spent the next several hours expelling the food and everything else from my body. I had to go to the er and recived treatment for this. 2 antibiotics, 1 for bacteria especially and 1 regular antibiotic and something for nausea. I also ran a fever and I had to be stuck more than once because of dehydration. I alao was give a couple of shots and a x-ray was done on me. I have talked to cooperate and the local health department. I have saved the glove along with some of the fries and have taken pictures of this food. Do I have a winnable case?
