Nursing student at a private institution

My fellow nursing student friend and myself feel as though we have been targeted and being treated unfairly. We are being singled out from our other class mates and left in the dark regarding a specific exam that means if we can move on to graduate. There is been no communication for six days. We feel bullied and humilated. It's obviously personal. Our student rights have been infringed upon. I feel that we will be seeking legal advice very soon. Please help us
