More details to this question:
A diver hits my car while I was full stopped and waiting for light at an intersection, I had a minor neck pain, and it did not go away, after 3 days, my arm and fingers went numb. Went to a doctor, she siad it sounds like pinched nerve, and wrote a perscription for 3x /wek physical therepy. The other driver has accepted responsibilty, however, the insurace company is procrastinating on respinding promptly to the medical portion of the issue. What can I do? It will cost me quite a bit to pay my dedeuctable on going throughn my own insurance for an injury most likely resulting from the incident.

there are many issues here.  Do you have personal injury protection on your car insurance?  Do you have the verbal thresh hold?  Both of thos items are options on your insurance that make your premiums lower, but make it harder for you to recover costs and damages.  If you do have personal injury protection, your medical bills will be paid.  you should obtain a copy of the declaration page for your insurance and consult an attorney.
