More details to this question:
My Aunt bumped into a parked car in NYS, Yonkers/Hartsdale area. There was no damage and she left a note would love to ask a New York attorney 1. does she have to report it to the police? 2. What is the worst that could happen if she doesn't. 3. what is the most likely scenario if she doesn't 4. What is the most likely situation if she does?
