More details to this question:
Hi, I was hurt at a restaurant 5/2016 they accepted liability and paid for my initial drs visit shortly after this occurred. I also contacted them when I needed additional medical care in the beginning of 2017. I have presented a settlement request to them 1/2018. How does the 2 year personal injury apply here?

Update Your Profile
The statute of limitations to file a claim for personal injury is two (2) years from the date of your accident. Thus, if you have not resolved your case by May 2018 then your case is dead.
