hi, my name is matt and i live in manalapan new jersey and i go to the rec. to play ball whenever i have free time and or after work.. recently they put rocks and sand all around the handball wall court (thats what i play, handball) and today 8/11/14 i was playing around 330pm and was playing with some guy and ran and slipped onto the rocks and really messed up my ankle and every other court there is either dirt or concert. the rocks and sand made it a lot easier to slip and fall like i did. every time i played people would say how unsafe it would be.. i was wondering if i can sue the town or whoever is in charge of making the ideas to change the rec. bc now i won't be able to go to work for a little and money is a big part to me because i pay bills and rent. etc.. thank you for your time
